What is the MLS Early Hire Program?

Munson Healthcare is seeking to pre-hire the finest MLS senior students.

Upon committing to a job at one of the participating Munson Healthcare facilities, you will receive $7500 before you even begin your career  

What are the requirements of the program?

All MLS students who will be graduating in 2023 and 2024 are eligible to apply for the program. Once you apply:

• Applications will be screened and interviews will be offered to selected students. Interviews are conducted before graduation by lab leaders.
• If selected, you will receive an offer and an agreement specifying a 3 year work commitment.  The $7500 awards are given after the student is accepted and the agreement has been signed. Use of the funds is at the discretion of the student and no accounting for use is required.

Award recipients will interview with lab department managers
Award recipients are placed into full-time positions with full employee benefits. These positions begin after graduation.

Application Deadlines:
November 30th, 2023 for December 2023 graduates
April 15th, 2023 for April/May 2023 graduates
