Shift: Days - Monday-Friday - 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.The Chart Coordination Specialist gathers and organizes information in regard to medical histories and pertinent patient information from hospital departments and physician offices for patient surgical and procedural charts. Assures that all information is present in a timely manner.
