Graduate Nurse Program – Start Work Before Becoming an RN

 The Graduate Nurse Program is a great opportunity to get hands-on training in a clinical environment while simultaneously prepping for the RN board exam.

Graduate nurses will perform RN activities under the direction, supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse. They will work collaboratively with their RN preceptor for the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing and patient care.

What’s Required:

Graduate nurses who have graduated from an accredited nursing program and are waiting to take their boards are eligible for this program.
