Description ROLE SUMMARY:
This position serves to support the assigned executive(s) by enabling the leader to be as effective as possible and manage workload. This role helps to smooth the leader’s workday by ensuring an effective calendar, collecting and preparing documentation to support tasks and decision making, following up on tasks and communication between the leader and others, and providing overall support requested by the leader.ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of administrative level secretarial or office coordination experience.
Demonstrated expertise in foundational computer software programs such as MS Office (especially Power Point, Word, and Excel), internet and cloud-based functionality, and shared documents.
Interest and ability to learn and navigate new technology as needed.
Above average ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats to a wide range of audiences.
Exceptional organizational and execution skills and with a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
Proven ability to handle sensitive situations that require a high degree of confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little or no supervision, effectively manage changing priorities and interruptions, take initiative, and work well as a team member. ORGANIZATION:

Provides support to assigned Executive(s) to effectively support their day-to-day workflow to enhance the overall general business operations of Munson Healthcare.
a. Calendar management: schedule meetings, adjust meetings, coordinate times, support good time management (work and travel time).
b. Support documentation: Contribute to creating and refining any documentation the leader is responsible for, including PowerPoint presentations, reports, and agendas utilizing a variety of software and formats
c. Project management: organize content for presentation/submissions, organize materials/collate/coordinate ongoing leader projects (Interview coordination, regulatory submissions, online research, special projects, etc.)
d. Meeting support: communication with attendees/presenters, board meetings, draft/format agendas, document minutes/action assignments.
e. Task management support/communication: Help coordinate between leader and other team members, help manage tasks, support daily work with meeting documentation, daily calendar review/communication/documentation.
f. General “Issue Spotting” and Effectiveness Support: work to look ahead and anticipate needs or potential challenges with calendars, task completion, and collaborative work. The assistant may also be called on to implement or improve processes to keep work and coordination moving smoothly. The executive assistant should be a reliable resource to help the leader be as effective as possible.
