**Training on-site at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, MI

Monday - Friday
No weekends

SUMMARY
Works as a team member to accomplish goals of the Munson Healthcare Radiology Department, as well as organizational goals. Requirements include computer information science in the design, analysis, selection, configuration, implementation, testing and evaluation of Radiology clinical information systems.
Working relationship with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the Radiology Information Systems in a way that promotes and supports MHC’s True North goals. Will work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation and compliance of Radiology information systems.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Health Care field.  A minimum of two years of experience in Radiology, analytical and/or financial healthcare experience is required.
  • Accreditation by AHIMA: CCS, RHIT OR RHIA or enrolled in an AHIMA program to qualify for accreditation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS is required.
  • Knowledge of CPT-4 is required.
  • Experience in Radiology Services required.
  • Schedule flexibility is required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to facilitate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Must have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and to interact positively and productively with teams across organizational lines.
  • Strong conceptual skills, with demonstrated knowledge and skill in problem-solving, decision-making and critical-thinking. Must be able to maintain a global perspective and see impacts and results beyond traditional organizational walls (departments, services, affiliates).
  • Experience with Cerner RadNet/PowerChart preferred.
  • Demonstrates ability to be self-directed and highly collaborative; has excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to be a change agent in service of organizational goals.
