GENERAL SUMMARY

Munson Healthcare Pulmonary and Critical Care, in beautiful Traverse City, MI, is seeking a BE/BC physician to join our team of 5 pulmonary critical care physicians, one of which is additionally BC in sleep disorders, and a nurse practitioner. This position encompasses both inpatient and outpatient (50/50) with alternating weeks in the hospital and office.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Closed 20-bed Med-Surg ICU also covered by Surgical Critical Care.
• Providing PCC consult support in separate cardiac/cardiothoracic ICU
• Neuro-intensivist providing consultative support.
• APP inpatient and outpatient support.
• Supportive of subspecialty interests mixed with general practice (sleep, EBUS, etc)
• 1:6 call from home 7pm-7am with critical care APP providing in-house coverage
• Office days are 8am to 5pm
• Hospital days are 7am to 7pm
• 6-week rotation with 6 physicians, including 2 hospital weeks and 4 office weeks

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

• New or experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• Board certified or board eligible
• MI license or eligible for medication licensure in the State of Michigan
