Munson Dialysis Services provides expert care and a healing environment for people in northern Michigan who have chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, or an acute kidney injury.
High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred. Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of employment).
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
On-the-job training: On-site hemodialysis training program that includes both course work and hands on skills. You will learn entry level skills that is necessary to provide a safe dialysis treatment. Within 18 months of successfully completing our training program you will be scheduled to take a nationally bench-marked exam, initial testing is paid by the facility. Upon successfully passing the exam you will become a certified dialysis technician.
