The Chart Coordination Specialist gathers and organizes information in regard to medical histories and pertinent patient information from hospital departments and physician offices for patient surgical and procedural charts.  Assures that all information is present in a timely manner.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in medical records filing and chart organization with the ability to file numerically and alphabetically.
