The Learning Development Specialist assists in the development and implementation of learning strategies for the MHC system. Duties can include classroom instruction, creation of training materials, curriculum management, project management and vendor sourcing/management with the opportunity to work with all levels of the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education, business, psychology, or a healthcare-related field.
Five plus years of experience in a business setting.
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate training programs and manage projects.
Demonstrated experience in teaching adults, classroom delivery and meeting facilitation skills.
Proficiency in technology-delivered instruction e.g. Teams, Zoom
Proficiency in developing e-based learning
Certification in learning development programs, such as Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI),DiSC,Development Dimensions International (DDI) or similar preferred
Certifications in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint or Networks a plus
Experience delivering software training e.g. Microsoft products such as Excel, OneNote, Office365, and Teams.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
