What’s Required:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan

• Acute care, home care, or hospice experience is beneficial

• Infusion Nursing experienced preferred

Specific Duties:

• Performs initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the client’s needs.

• Initiates the plan of care and revises as necessary.

• Provides those services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.

• Prepares clinical documentation, progress notes and required Daily Activity Record (DAR).

• Evaluates outcomes of care.

• Identifies problems and sets goals.

• Requisitions and manages equipment and supplies appropriate to care.
