Munson Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic offers on-site and telehealth services for individuals with behavioral health needs including mental health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders with individual, group, medication management, and virtual intensive group services. This growing clinic has a mix of 20+ providers daily with a blend of on-site and telehealth services. It is the main hub of behavioral health services within Munson Healthcare and will support expanding BH services locally and in the region to improve access and community care.

What’s Required:

A four-year degree in a health-related field is preferred. In the absence of a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must have a minimum of four or more years of progressively more responsible work experience and leadership in a health care setting, in an ambulatory, medical office, or outpatient environment.  

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Must possess the ability to work independently while maintaining a team effort.

Knowledge of medical terminology, electronic medical records system, diagnosis and procedure coding, insurance billing, scheduling, data entry, multi-line phones.

Experience working with an interdisciplinary team.
