ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Licensed by the State of Michigan to practice as a Registered Nurse.
BSN required.
CNOR must be obtained prior to graduation from RNFA program
BLS and ACLS required
Two years of OR experience required.
Must have completed an accredited RN first assist (RNFA) program.
FA Certification is required upon completion of RNFA program requirements
Scrub experience preferred.
