Clinic Coordinator Medical Assistant or LPN - Roscommon Family Practice

Location: 234 Lake Street, Roscommon, MI 

Schedule: Monday - Friday - Day Shift - 7AM - 5PM

A Day in the Life 

• As a Clinic Coordinator, you will coordinate the daily operations of the front office and clinical support staff.

• Ensuring exceptional patient experiences in our ambulatory practices. 

• Monitors attendance, overtime, PTO and work utilization.

• Plans non-provider work schedule and assigns work.

• Motivates, educates, trains, encourages, communicated, prioritizes, delegates staff and plans workflow for the office with management approval.

What’s Required  

CREDENTIALED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

• Minimum two years (2) of progressively increased responsibility in a clinic or health related office setting.

• Must be a self-starter, have superior organizational skills and attend to detail.

• Able to function responsibility in a minimally supervised work situation and to utilize proven decision making and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred: Certified Medical Assistant with one year (1) of experience. Associate Degree / In lieu of an Associate's Degree, directly related experience may be accepted.

• Works to resolve problems and complaints regarding office. Responds to provider requests regarding particular problem areas.  

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Practical Nursing program  

• Minimum three years (3) experience in a hospital or physician office setting 

• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred

• Able to function responsibility in a minimally supervised work situation and to utilize proven decision making and problem-solving skills.

• Must be a self-starter, have superior organizational skills and attend to detail.

• Works to resolve problems and complaints regarding office. Responds to provider requests regarding particular problem areas.
