  • Early Hire Program: Start earning before you graduate and receive up to $18,00 and relocation assistance (if needed) when you join

Graduate Nurses / New RNs

Our Nurse Residency Program helps new graduates confidently transition from student to practicing nurse. It’s a year-long, paid program combining clinical orientation, simulation lab, seminars, and mentorship. You'll:

  • Build confidence and decision-making skills
  • Strengthen critical thinking and clinical expertise
  • Connect with professional and personal networks
  • Experience Northern Michigan life while developing your career
  • Residencies are available across multiple specialties including Med-Surg, Telemetry, Emergency, Oncology, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Home Health, and more.
