Are you ready to inspire a high‑performing team and help shape the future of surgical care at Munson Healthcare Gaylord? We are seeking an experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead, support, and develop our talented staff; oversee four operating rooms and two procedure rooms; and advance our growing service lines, including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, ENT, and urology.
In this key leadership role, you will strengthen departmental processes, champion clinical excellence, and foster a culture where patients and team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.
- Lead and support a team committed to deliver exceptional, efficient, and patient‑centered care.
- Promote inclusive and culturally sensitive care practices.
- Ensure patient care delivery aligns with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
- Foster nurse accountability and professional development through strong leadership and clear practice expectations.

Qualifications
What’s Required
- BSN required
- MHA, MBA, or MSN (completed within 5 years of hire)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in Surgical Services
