What You Need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Social Work is required.
- Equivalent experience may be accepted in place of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (an RN license or social work license is mandatory).
- If you are a Registered Nurse, you must hold a valid license to practice in Michigan. Additionally, for individuals hired into this position after January 1, 2015, obtaining a BSN within five years of the start date is mandatory.
- Candidates must have recent hospital patient care experience (at least three years) and a solid understanding of hospital operations.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Social Work. Comparable experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (must have RN license or social work license).

- As a non-Nursing job in the Technical/Professional job family, this job is ineligible for participation the Nursing Clinical Advancement program.

- Strong interview, assessment, organizational and problem solving skills and ability to work independently
