Job Description
A Day in the Life
You bring a mix of education and hands-on experience that’s grounded in information systems, business, or healthcare, along with a solid understanding of how scheduling and registration workflows support patient access and operations. However you built your background, you’re comfortable supporting systems that are used every day and making sure they work the way they should.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree (preferably in IS, business, or healthcare), or
- An associate degree with relevant experience, or
- A high school diploma or GED with several years of hands-on experience supporting healthcare information systems
- Cerner or Oracle experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Acute scheduling
- Acute registration
- Ambulatory registration and scheduling
- Experience participating in or supporting full-cycle project implementations, from build and testing through go-live
- The ability to handle day-to-day system maintenance and issue resolution, helping ensure reliability, efficiency, and a positive user experience
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the work, learning from experienced teammates, and contributing to projects that have a direct impact on patient access and care delivery. You’ll build your skills while supporting systems that matter.

What’s Required
- Bachelors Degree ( preferably IS/Business or healthcare emphasis)
- Or 2-year Associates Degree with 2 years if relevant experience (IS/Business/ or Healthcare)
- Or Highschool Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Information Systems (IS) and in healthcare
